First impressions Eric Vahinison

First impressions Flavien Gervois

First impressions Johanna Estany
First impressions - Juliette Fraser
Apres huit heures de vol,
l’arrivee a Washington fut geniale.
creatives.

First Impressions Antoine Bouvet

First Impressions - Inès Abdesselam

Agathe
Faucourt : My two weeks in Oklahoma City have been the
best trip that I ever had. I think that I managed to create very strong links
not only with my exchange student but also with her direct family and her
cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents… that I met during Thanksgiving or during
the trip. I will always remember how difficult it was to leave them at the
airport and I will never never forget how it was a wonderful & fantastic
experience it was.
Laura
Caussin :
These two weeks in Oklahoma City were the best moment I never had. Everything
was so great and all the people I met were amazing and very kind to me. Even
the students who did not take French came and talked to us. They all wanted to
know a bit more about us. The last morning I spent there was very important
because it was the morning when I was able to thank them for all they did for
me. I will never forget them, nor the day we had to go because it was hard to
accept the fact that we had to go back to France. I hope I can go there again.
Emeline
Bichet : I
just have one word to say about my trip to OKC : amazing ! It was
wonderful, the best school trip I ever had in my entire life. I love my host
family, who helped me discover everything I wanted to discover, who allowed me
to hang out with friends whenever I wanted, who let me eat every meal I wanted…
The atmosphere in OKC was great, Thanksgiving was great, people were very nice,
and we did awesome things (basketball game, ice hockey game, museums…). I loved
my trip and I want to return to OKC now !
Barbara
Saleiro : Those two weeks spent in OKC were by far one
of my best experiences I have ever had. Indeed I had the wonderful chance to
live in an American family, go to an American school, and live some American
experiences such as Thanksgiving and the Black Friday. But what I liked the
most was my journey to the Oklahoman mountains where I could see buffalo, bisons
and see those wonderful landscapes. And also my family was really great, we had
so much fun together, and I hope I will be able to see them again. To conclude,
this trip was just awesome !
Adèle
Cordonnier :
Two amazing weeks in Oklahoma City. Everything was perfect : my host
family, my Thanksgiving, the food, Classen SAS, the weather, the strong links I
have created with my penpal… I love France, but I have learnt during this trip
that the United States is also a land of conviviality, friendship and
welcoming. I will never forget this trip.
Debuisne Martin: Two awesome weeks in the USA. The
pen pals were really nice with us. We had some meetings with the other
correspondents, and it was very enriching. I really enjoyed this trip ;
and I think that the part that I will miss the most is the family. We did some
interesting activities with them, and I would be glad to do it again. Perhaps
we should organize one more next year?
Ségolène
Decayeux :
I spent two amazing weeks in Oklahoma. I had a fantastic experience learning
about the American culture but also about myself and people in the class I did
not really know before. I loved America my family, the food, the school
everything and I miss it very much.
Claire
Hénocq : Perfect
is the word to define these two weeks in Oklahoma city. It has been a unique
experience, I have met amazing people that I miss so much right now and that I
really hope to see again. I have learnt a lot about the United States and the
culture. It is, for sure, an experience that I will never forget.
Raphaele
Josso : Incredible
two weeks in Oklahoma ! I spent this trip in an amazing family, everything
was perfect ! I will miss everything : Thanksgiving, the school,
Black Friday and most importantly my host family ! I will never forget
this experience and the people who made it this great !
Anaelle
Gateau : It
was an amazing experience. I spent two weeks in an incredible family who made
me discover the American way of life. I learnt a lot about school, and the
culture. I will never forget this trip and my host family. I already miss it
very much !
Michel
Levieux : The
USA is a totally different world. There are some points that are similar, but
when you have a closer look on them, almost everything looks different. The
food is different, the school is different, the way of being, the behavior,
definitely everything. It has been a huge and very positive experience to spend
two weeks of my life there with such a great and nice family ! I expected
this trip to be very constructive, but when I think about it, now that we are
back in France, I just realize that it was better still than all I could
imagine. It is a dream that has been realized.. !
Celine
Mascre : When
I think about this trip to Oklahoma and my exchange, I just want to say the
word : AMAZING ! It happened to be a great experience which is gonna mark
me for the rest of my life… Americans were so nice with us, my host family too
and I admire their patriotism. It was a
golden bracket, a dream !
Alexis
Laurent : It
was my first trip to the US, so I did not really know what to expect about it.
It was a completly new world, everything was so different from France. First at
school, you can eat or drink almost wherever and whenever you want. Then, cars,
houses, food are much bigger than in France. On the other hand, all the people
are very welcoming. I remember in the bus, many people talked to us, to know
where we came from, what we were doing there, if we liked OKC, etc. I really
enjoyed my trip for all the experiences it brought to me.
Jérémie
Caufour :I
have had a fantastic time during the two weeks of my stay in Oklahoma City. The
trip felt like it helped me get back on the right track while reminding me what
I am working for every day. It confirmed my love for this country and desire to
do whatever it takes to return there someday. IT WAS GREAT!!!
Léa Babeu-Braun The two weeks we spent in Oklahoma
were simply amazing. My host family was incredibly kind and we spent a great
time together. Even though it wasn’t my first time in the United States, I
really enjoyed my time there. The different activities we did there were
extremely interesting. It was a-ma-zing!!!
Théodore: This trip was probably the most amazing I ever had. We had a wonderful
time with our families and met a lot of nice people. The school was very
different from France and it was a great discovery. The food was mostly junk
food but the fried chicken was amazing. I would definitely come back there to
do more and maybe even live there! I love this country so much.
Cassandre : This trip was just awesome. I met so many people! They were all
very kind with us! I learnt so many things about American culture and way of
life! I would be really glad to come back. It was too short.
Christelle: This trip was an amazing experience because the family was really
kind and the members did everything to make me feel good. I spend a wonderful time with them, and I
enjoyed learning so much about new people and a new culture. The two weeks were
really too short, and I hope I will be able to come back there because there
are so many other things I would like to do with them.
Pierre: This trip was amazing. I really enjoyed the family and the way of
life which is different. I discovered many new things. I will never forget these
two weeks. The generosity of the family was limitless. I can’t wait to go back.
